Salon +MedSpa Policies

Prices: Our booking website gives you ‘starting’ pricing; however, many factors can increase the price, including but not limited to the particular service provider, length, density, texture, or color correction for hair. Do not hesitate to book a free consultation service with a professional service provider with any questions regarding pricing and the process. Clients with box dye in their hair must book a free consultation so a strand test can be performed. Be advised that a desired look may take more than one visit. Pricing for skin treatments also may vary and it is best to consult with our service providers for treatments and to set expectations.

Cancellations: All clients must give at least 24 hours notice to cancel, modify, or reschedule their appointment to avoid a 50% fee. The value of the service providers time allows our team to accommodate other customers and limits the service providers loss of income.

Lateness: Due to our service providers being fully booked, we may ask clients to reschedule if they are more than 15 minutes late. We will do our best to accommodate the customer, but out of respect for our on-time customers, we may not be able to. A 50% fee will be assessed and is considered a no-show/cancelation.

No Product Returns: All Products are final sale, we do not accept returns for the safety of all our clients because we will not resell anything that was handled by a third-party. All our products are purchased directly from the manufacturer.

Photos / Videos: We are a progressive salon +medspa which means our staff may take photos/videos during your appointment. We will use these photos/videos on our social media + marketing campaigns. Please let the service provider know if you do not want your picture taken.

Tips: We accept cash + credit card tips.

Customer Satisfaction Policy for Hair Services:

Please note we do not provide refunds for salon services. If you are not satisfied with the result of your color or cut, our team can perform a corrective action. However, we must be notified via email at, accompanied with pictures, within seven days of the original hair service date. Additional charges will apply if different hair services are required, or a change of mind from the original hair service request is determined.
