Hydrafacial at A Glance

Before Your Treatment

Stop retinol use 1 week prior to treatment, and exfoliating active ingredients like scrubs and acids 5 days prior.
Limit direct sun exposure for 72 hours prior to treatment. We cannot treat you if you are sunburned—even a rosy burn.

Wait to book your Hydrafacial™ if you’ve had other facial treatments within the past 2 weeks.

After Your Treatment

You may experience a temporary redness and tightness. This typically resolves within a few hours, but may take up to 72.

Hydrafacial works to bring impurities to the surface and remove them—you may experience slight purging after. This is a good sign that the treatment is hard at work!

SPF will be applied after your facial. Be sure to use it daily to protect your skin.

Adhere to a gentle skincare routine for approximately 1 week—no facial exfoliation.

Results

Results are immediate! By the end of your Hydrafacial™, you can expect glowing skin, cleansed pores, and smoother tone & texture.

Hydrafacial™ is safe for all skin types and tones, and works best to help hydration, rejuvenation, texture, tone, detoxification, sensitivity, and congestion.

When will I see results?

Skin will feel hydrated, look cleaner, brighter, and healthier after your treatment. Concerns such as hyperpigmentation, congested skin, or acne may take longer to treat, but clients usually see an improvement after 5 treatments.

How often should I get a Hydrafacial™?

We recommend receiving this treatment once a month to maintain overall skin health.

How does a Hydrafacial™ compare to my regular facial?

The Hydrafacial™ is in a league of its own. This high-performance facial is geared towards giving immediate, visible results via deep cleaning, exfoliation, vacuum extraction, and hydration. By using technology, it goes above and beyond a regular facial.

What does it feel like?

The Hydrafacial™ itself is quite soothing. It’s completely painless and even relaxing.

What is lymphatic therapy?

Lymphatic therapy, or lymphatic drainage massage, works to reduce toxins and congestion while increasing circulation by draining lymphatic fluid.

What do you mean by “exfoliating active ingredients?"

These are ingredients in your skincare that cause physical or chemical exfoliation, such as acids, non-prescription retinols, benzoyl peroxide, and scrubs.

How does Hydrafacial™ work for acne and acne-prone skin?

Hydrafacial™ is a great option for those experiencing mild to moderate acne, hormonal acne, and congested skin; specifically, whiteheads, blackheads, and clogged pores. For more severe acne, the hydration and acne-fighting ingredients are excellent for the skin, but will not treat the underlying cause of your severe acne.

Can I get this treatment if I currently take accutane?

Please wait at least 6 months after you complete your accutane regimen—or other Isotretinoin products—before getting a Hydrafacial™.

Can my teenager get a Hydrafacial™?

Hydrafacial™ is a great option for anyone ages 16+. We cannot treat anyone under the age of 16, and require parental consent for those aged 16 & 17.

What other treatments can I pair with my Hydrafacial™?

Hydrafacial™ is a great way to prep skin for more intensive facial treatments like IPL Laser, Hydrafacial Medical Grade Peels, and Miconeedling. We recommend getting Hydrafacial™ 1-2 weeks prior to them. If you want to get another treatment the same day as your Hydrafacial™, you can get Botox® & and Dermal Filler immediately after the facial.

What add-ons are available?

During your treatment, your provider will work with you to see if any of the following may be right for your goals: Acne, Anti-Aging, Hydration, Medical-Grade Peel, Lip Perk, or Eye Perk, Dermaplaning, and Micodermabrasion with diamond tip.

Can I get a Hydrafacial and injectables on the same day?

You can get a Hydrafacial and injectables on the same day as long as your Hydrafacial appointment comes before that of your injectables. If you’ve recently received injectables, you’ll need to wait at least 2 weeks before receiving other facial treatments.
